I made my last <em>ever\u00a0<\/em>trip to Preschool with my youngest daughter. \u00a0I came out a blubbering wreck, whereas B came beaming with excitement as she eagerly awaits her next learning adventure, &#8220;Big School.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To go along with her <a href=\"https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/2016\/06\/teacher-appreciation-card-say-flowers.html\" target=\"_blank\">teacher appreciation card<\/a>, we needed to make a gift to show Bella&#8217;s preschool teacher how much she has meant to us all this past year. We decided to carry on the flower craft theme and sat down together to make some Felt Flowers.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5890\" src=\"https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Felt-Flower-Craft-1.jpg\" alt=\"Felt Flower Craft Set Up\" width=\"600\" height=\"634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Felt-Flower-Craft-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Felt-Flower-Craft-1-284x300.jpg 284w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/>Fantastic Felt Flower Craft for Kids<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Supplies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coloured felt<\/li>\n<li>Pom-poms<\/li>\n<li>Popsicle Sticks<\/li>\n<li>Green Paint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ahead of the Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We didn&#8217;t have any green popsicle sticks left in our craft supplies, so instead I painted a few plain ones with green paint.<\/p>\n<p>I then cut out small, medium and large sized &#8220;petal&#8221; circles from coloured felt sheets for our flower craft.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5891\" src=\"https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Felt-flower-craft-2.jpg\" alt=\"Making a Felt Flower Craft\" width=\"600\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Felt-flower-craft-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/craftykidsathome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Felt-flower-craft-2-300x197.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bella sorted through the different coloured petals; until she struck upon the perfect colour combination. You can probably guess what her favourite colour is!? Her first flower had to be all pink.
